Abstract

When it comes to managing social policies within the Federal Government, especially in those cases where children and teenagers are the beneficiaries, the highest levels of accuracy are required, since these actions have a direct impact on one of the most vulnerable sectors of society. By implementing digital transformation on administrative processes, we look forward to easing the way
for those Federal Agencies on how they do their job. In the following pages, we will analyze the Program for Supporting Young People without Parental Care, carried out by the National Secretary of Childhood, Adolescence and Family, as an example of a 100% digital program.
